Troubleshooting Visibility Scheduler
The section is visible before its Show time
Show does not hide a section early. The settings panel says so when the section or block is already visible: scheduling Show does not hide it before this date. Hide it in the theme editor, or add an earlier Hide schedule.
The hide never happens
Show and Hide are separate. A start time does not imply an end time. Add a Hide for the moment the banner should leave.
The saved time is the next day
Read the timezone note on the schedule. It uses the store timezone. If the saved time still disagrees with the time you entered, email hello@xco.agency with the shop domain, the time you entered, and the time the app saved.
The admin stalls after several changes
If the app stops responding after you save more than one visibility change, wait before you try the same save again. Email hello@xco.agency with the shop domain and what you had just scheduled.
Nothing changed on the storefront
Confirm the schedule has a Show or Hide on that section or block, and that the time has passed on the store clock named on the form. Then compare the storefront with Show Timeline in Flow, not only the editor.
