Claimify is a Built for Shopify app for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Customers use a branded portal. You work from one dashboard.
Customers can request a return, refund, exchange, or warranty claim from their account or the order confirmation page. Each request lands as a card you move through your own workflow. Auto-approval rules can resolve the predictable ones. Workflows cover store credit, replacement orders, and returns. Analytics shows which products and reasons generate the most claims.
The app is offered in English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese (Brazil).
What you set up
- Install Claimify from the Shopify App Store. Basic is $9 a month. There is no free plan.
- Publish a claim form with the reasons you actually accept.
- Let customers open it from their account, the order confirmation page, or the Claim Form theme block.
- Resolve the claim in Shopify: refund, replacement, gift card, discount code, or store credit.
- Add rules so the routine requests do not wait on your team.
