Customers check a gift card balance on your online store, so that question does not land in support.
What it does
- A balance checker on the online store, including a phone layout.
- A message you write for when a code cannot be checked.
- An admin where you search cards, see checks, and sync cards Shopify already issued (Advanced and Business).
- Optional store credit and discount codes. Both stay off until you turn them on.
- On the Business plan, a checkout balance check for Shopify Plus stores, and Shopify Flow actions.
Automations use Shopify Flow, and a read-only API is available from Settings.
Plans
There is no free plan. Each plan includes a 3-day trial.
