ORDA — Order Tracker

Give shoppers a branded tracking page on your store, so fewer "where is my order?" questions reach your inbox.

What it does

A shopper enters an order number and the email or phone on the order. When the two match, ORDA shows what Shopify already knows about that order:

  • Fulfillment status
  • The carrier name and tracking link, when the shipment has them
  • The items in each shipment, including split and partial shipments
  • A delivered date, or an estimated delivery date, when the shipment has one

The page is a block in your theme. Shoppers stay on your store instead of opening a generic tracking link with no context.

ORDA does not connect to FedEx, UPS, or any other carrier account. It reads the fulfillment you (or your shipping app) already saved in Shopify.

A date before they buy

The listing's tracking screens show an estimated delivery date. You can show one in two places:

  • On a matched order, when that shipment already has a date in Shopify
  • On the product page, from delivery rules you write in the app (a cut-off, processing days, and a transit range)

If no rule matches, the product page stays quiet. It does not invent a date.

The plan

The Shopify listing is one free plan. There is no paid tier.
