Maestro Collections Scheduler

Schedule a collection change and let it run at the time you set. Use it for a launch, a seasonal offer, or a catalog update, instead of editing the live collection in a rush.

The listing calls it Maestro Collections Scheduler. In the Shopify admin the app is Collections Scheduler.

What you can change​

  • Sales channels. Include the collection in a channel, or remove it from one.
  • Template suffix. Point the collection at another collection template your theme already has.
  • Title and description. Replace the collection's title or description, including clearing the description.
  • Search listing. Set the search title and search description.
  • Sort. Best selling, title, price, newest, oldest, or manual.
  • Product order. Drag products into a new order. This is one collection at a time.
  • Collection image. Replace the collection's featured image. This does not change the photos on the products.
  • Metafields. Update extra collection fields. This action is marked beta.
  • Delete. Remove the collection on a schedule. This runs once and cannot be undone.

A change can run once, or repeat daily, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Deleting a collection does not repeat.

You do not add a theme section for a schedule to run. If you change the template suffix, the template itself still has to exist on the theme.

The App Store listing has a free Demo plan and Advanced at $4.99 a month, or $50 a year (save 16%), with a 3-day free trial on Advanced.

Demo covers automating collection changes, batch scheduling, and basic actions, with standard live chat. Advanced adds unlimited collection scheduling, priority reordering, bulk updates, the scheduling timeline, advanced SEO scheduling, and priority live chat.

If a change is marked Advanced, or the app says it is only on Advanced, switch plans before you rely on it. Repeat and reordering are the usual cases.

What this app does not do​

It does not schedule product photos, prices, inventory, or tags. That work belongs in Product Scheduler. Rankify is the app that keeps resorting a collection from sales and stock. This app applies the change you saved, at the time you saved.
