Troubleshooting
The collection did not change
- Open Schedules and read the status. Failed means it ran and Shopify rejected the change. Scheduled means it is still waiting. Canceled or Stopped means it will not run.
- Compare Schedule date with Time now. That clock is the store's. A time that looks "later today" on your laptop can already have passed in the store, or not arrived yet.
- Open the schedule and use View Selection. If no collection is selected, nothing is updated.
- For a sales channel, confirm a channel was selected. An empty channel list means the shop has no channel the app can target.
- For a template suffix, confirm the theme still has that collection template. A suffix that no longer exists will not change the page.
- After a Completed row, check the collection in admin and on the storefront. The online store can cache a collection page for a short time. Reload, or view it in a private window, before you treat it as failed.
The time on the second change is hours off
New changes use the store's timezone. If an older schedule was saved while that was wrong, duplicate it and set the date again against Time now. Do not keep editing the original if it has already started.
Reorder is disabled
Reorder collection products works on one collection. Remove the extra collections, or make a separate schedule for each. It is also an Advanced action. On the free plan, switch plans when the app asks.
Repeat will not turn on
Make this a recurring schedule can show an Advanced badge on the free plan and open the plan list. Deleting a collection has no repeat option on purpose.
The app says you have reached the limit
The free plan caps how many schedules, collections, and changes you can save. The message asks you to upgrade. Advanced is the plan with unlimited collection scheduling. The plan chip opens that list.
I cannot edit it
A change that has started is read-only. Duplicate the schedule. Past dates on the copy move forward by about an hour so the new one does not run at the old time.
The collection was deleted and I need it back
Delete collection cannot be undone, and there is no reverse. Recreate the collection in Shopify admin. To hide a collection for a campaign, exclude it from the sales channel and include it again later.
The description did not clear
A blank description is valid and is how you take copy off a collection. A title cannot be blank. If both the "add copy" and "remove copy" edits ended up with the same text, set the later edit again and save before it runs. They should not share one value.
Metafields on Schedule Collections look like product fields
Use Schedule Collections, not a product schedule. The metafield list on that page is the collection's. Update metafields is beta. A value the field does not accept fails when the schedule runs. Read the Failed row before you retry.
Nothing is listed under Schedules
Create the first one from Schedule Collections. If you archived it, it is off the main list. A schedule still marked Scheduled is waiting on its date.
Still stuck: support, with the shop domain, the schedule id, and a screenshot of the row.
