Connect Claimify to your other tools
Customers file from their account, and you connect the rest of your stack with Shopify Flow and the apps on the listing.
Shopify Flow
Claimify adds these triggers to Shopify Flow:
| Trigger | When it runs |
|---|---|
| Claim Created | A customer or a staff member submits a claim |
| Claim Updated | The status, a comment, the resolution, or the archive state changes |
| Warranty Registered | A warranty is registered |
| Warranty Expiring | A warranty is 30 days away, 7 days away, or expiring that day |
In the Shopify admin, open Flow, start a workflow from one of those triggers, and add the action you already use. Typical next steps:
- Tell the team a claim arrived.
- Tag the customer or the order.
- Continue the same event in Klaviyo, Gorgias, Make, or Zapier.
You do not put Claimify credentials into Flow. If the trigger is missing, open Claimify once so the app can finish installing, then refresh Flow.
Apps the listing works with
- Customer accounts: where a signed-in customer files and follows a claim
- Shopify Admin, the claims dashboard, including a claims block on the order
- Gorgias
- Klaviyo
- Make
- Zapier
- Omnisend, Mailchimp, Postscript, Attentive, LoyaltyLion, Slack, WhatsApp and webhooks
Open Claimify's integrations settings and connect an app that is already installed on the store. Use Flow when you want a claim event to start work in that app.
API access
API access is on Plus and Business. Open Settings, API Access and select Generate Token. Name the token, then copy it: it is shown once. A shop can have 3 active tokens. Send the token in the Authorization header. Endpoints answer GET only, so the API reads and never writes. The API Reference on the same page lists endpoints, pagination and rate limits.
Resources:

Revoke a token from the same page. Anything using it stops working straight away.
