Getting started with Prizify

Install Prizify — Loyalty & Rewards from the Shopify App Store. Free does not expire. Plus is $19 a month after a 7-day trial.

Before shoppers can join

The first-run checklist in the app checks four things. Leave a step until it verifies.

Turn customer accounts on.
Use new customer accounts, not classic accounts.
Show login links in the storefront header or footer.
In the theme editor, turn on the Prizify app embed, click Save, and come back to verify.

If a step still reports off, the matching Shopify setting was not saved. The widget will not show points until the embed is on.

Open Settings. Set how many points equal an amount in your store currency, then save. Until you change it, the starting conversion is 100 points for 10 in that currency. Add a terms link here if you want the widget to point at your loyalty terms.
Open Levels. Starter (0 points), Bronze (200), and Silver (400) are already created. Pick the level that should pay people and set Cashback eligibility above 0. Leave it at 0 if that level should not pay store credit. Save.
Open Challenges. Publish one challenge as Active. A second challenge is refused on Free and on Plus. If the page offers a ready-made challenge, turning one on uses that single slot.
On the published theme, sign in as a test customer, open the widget, and join. Place an order only if the challenge needs one.

Then check Customers for that member, and the home screen once someone has joined. Insights stay empty until the first member exists.
