These notes cover changes that matter when you run the app. A new entry is added at the top when something is ready.

September 2026​

16 September: Fewer errors after a reconnect​

  • A shop whose access was refreshed keeps receiving updates instead of failing.

7 September: Fixes from merchant feedback​

  • A batch of fixes from merchant testing across the admin and the storefront pages.

5 September: A wait screen instead of an error​

  • If the app cannot reach its server for a moment, you see a wait message instead of an error page.

3 September: Bottom bar, notification bell and employer emails​

  • Pages, notifications and a review button are on the bottom bar.
  • Emails about a submitted job, approval, rejection and new applicants send again.

2 September: A company logo when an employer registers​

  • An employer adds a logo when they register, and it is attached to their jobs.

August 2026​

19 August: Pay as an amount and a period​

  • Show pay as an amount and a period, instead of one free-text line.

18 August: Clearer job listings​

  • A job can include a city, a state, and a formatted description.
  • Add a company logo on the listing.
  • Filter the job list by company.

13 August: Forms you control​

  • Add, hide, relabel, or stop requiring fields on the application, membership, and job forms.
  • The form you use to post a job matches the form an employer uses to submit one.

July 2026​

30 July: Hired roles, and how new employers join​

  • Mark a role as hired when it is filled.
  • Choose whether a new employer is approved on their own, or waits for you.

June 2026​

18 June: Approve a job before it goes live​

  • Review a job from an employer, then approve it or reject it.
  • They receive an email either way.
