What you can do
Maestro Products Scheduler does not publish a separate API for merchants. You do not create a key, and you do not call an endpoint. Everything below is done in the Shopify admin, from Create Schedule, Schedule Products, or Schedule Collections.
A schedule needs three things: what it applies to, what it changes, and when. You can put several changes on one schedule. Each change has its own date and time.
What it can apply to
- Individual products.
- The products in a collection.
- A collection itself (title, description, sort, product order, SEO, channels, featured image). On Demo, choosing a collection as the target shows “Not allowed on Demo plan”.
- Specific variants, when you are editing price, compare-at price, or inventory on the product.
- A price list, on Advanced: add fixed prices, update them by product, update the list, or delete it. This is not a tile under Schedule Products or Schedule Collections.
- Advanced rules (marked Beta): status, title, type, vendor, tags, collection, created date, updated date, price, inventory, barcode, and SKU. Preview the matches before you save. Products can be required to match every rule, or any rule.
What it can change
Status. Set as active, set as draft, archive, unlist, or delete. Delete cannot be reversed.
Tags. Add tags or remove tags.
Price. Increase, decrease, set, set decimals, or round. Choose the price, the compare-at price, or both. On Demo the price action in the basic set is round price. The other price actions are part of all-actions scheduling on Advanced.
Collections. Add products to a collection, remove them, update collection sort, or reorder the products in a collection.
Sales channels. Include a product or a collection in a channel, or exclude it.
Content. Title, description, featured image, product media (images and video), template suffix, and SEO title and description.
Inventory. Increase, decrease, or set a quantity at a location you pick.
Metafields. Update a metafield, including a date, a link to another item, or a translated value. Marked Beta, and on Advanced.
Variants. Edit variant price, compare-at price, and inventory on the product, or add a variant.
All-in-One (marked Beta) updates media, vendor, and product type together. Compare-at price is optional there.
When it runs
Pick a date and time. The clock is the store’s timezone.
Demo runs each action once. Advanced can repeat daily, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, and you set how many times. You can stop a repeat. Hourly is not offered.
Until the time you picked, the catalog is unchanged. Timeline shows what has run and what is next. Archive hides a finished schedule from the active list. It does not undo the change.
API access
API access is on the Settings page. Open Settings, API Access and select Generate Token. Name the token, then copy it: it is shown once. A shop can have 3 active tokens. Send the token in the Authorization header. Endpoints answer GET only, so the API reads and never writes. The API Reference on the same page lists endpoints, pagination and rate limits.

Revoke a token from the same page. Anything using it stops working straight away.
If you need a change the action list does not include, email hello@xco.agency and name the action.
