Product Scheduler

Getting started

Install Maestro Products Scheduler, then save one schedule. The in-app guide is the same three steps: name it, choose what it applies to, then set the action and the time.

Install

  1. Open Maestro Products Scheduler on the Shopify App Store.
  2. Click Install.
  3. Approve the access Shopify shows you.
  4. Open the app from the Shopify admin.

The admin can follow English, Spanish, French, or German when that is the language of your Shopify admin. The App Store listing itself is in English.

Create the first schedule

  1. Click Create Schedule. Choose products or collections, then add a title and an optional note.
  2. Choose the source. For products, pick individual products, the products in a collection, or Advanced rules. You can also schedule a collection itself.
  3. Choose the action, then set the date and time. Save.

You can also start from Schedule Products or Schedule Collections in the app menu and pick an action from the list.

On Demo, choosing a collection as the target shows “Not allowed on Demo plan” and asks you to upgrade. Schedule individual products on Demo, or move to Advanced for collection targets. Advanced is also the plan that can repeat a schedule.

Times follow your store’s timezone. If you pick 9:00, the action is 9:00 for the store, not for another clock.

After it is saved

  • Timeline lists what has run and what is still coming.
  • Schedules is the list. Filter it by status, and open a schedule from there.
  • Duplicate copies a schedule. Reverse flips actions that have an opposite, which is how a sale ends. Delete has no reverse.
  • Price compliance shows the lowest price recorded in the last 30 days for each discounted variant. The product page can show that figure to shoppers, and it follows the variant they are viewing.

Plans, before you build a large one

Demo is $4.99 a month and Advanced is $9.49 a month. Both start with a 3-day free trial.

Demo schedules 10 product updates and batches up to 50 products. The schedule form stops at 10 actions and at 50 selected products. The template gallery also stops a new Demo schedule once the shop already has 12 schedules saved, including ones you have archived. Advanced has no product limit per schedule and schedules every action.
